Occasions Where Fruit Bouquets Are Sure to Be a Hit

Bring a fresh fruit arrangement to your next birthday, corporate party, or even a date.

We’re sure you’ve heard the saying “Never show up empty-handed.” But we know that figuring out what to bring to a party or special event can be difficult sometimes, especially when there are a ton of other people attending who also don’t want to show up without something. Take a summer BBQ for instance: While you may want to bring brownies or homemade chocolate chip cookies, chances are several other guests have the same idea. So, you need to think of something else if you want to stand out.

first date

The solution? A fruit bouquet! These gifts are guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser no matter where you go or what you’re celebrating.

Here are five of our favorite occasions to show up with or send a fruit bouquet.

Birthdays

Birthdays usually aren’t complete without a cake, but they can be made even sweeter with a fruit bouquet! Arrangements can even be found with happy birthday balloons, making them both delicious and festive.

Corporate events

Whether you’re having clients come in for a meeting, throwing a dinner party to show your employees some appreciation, or hosting your annual holiday celebration, a fruit bouquet is a must-have on the dessert table. For these events, opt for something that’s covered in chocolate — especially if the event is on the formal side.

Baby showers

For baby shower hosts that are expecting a lot of guests, consider using fruit bouquets for centerpieces. We bet friends and family will not have seen a centerpiece they can munch on before! On the other hand, for those baby showers that are more intimate — especially for those with a dessert buffet — think about some chocolate covered strawberries or cherries that guests can keep on the side of their dessert plate.

First dates

Or second dates, or third dates, or any date, really. For those who are planning an evening out, sharing one of these romantic arrangements is the best way to end the night. For the gents out there, never forget that chocolate can be the way to a girl’s heart!

Engagement parties

Any celebration for the bride and groom warrants a fruit bouquet, so also consider one for bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and even the wedding itself! Our celebration and congratulations collections have a number of arrangements that can be enjoyed by groups both large and small — just take your pick!

Although these occasions definitely call for a fruit bouquet, you really don’t need a reason to send one to someone. If you’re looking to do something nice for a friend or family member, sending an arrangement “just because” is one of the most thoughtful things you can do.
